CHALLENGE

Develop a concept for a retail store experience that is centered around the end-user, invites play, and applies the principles of game design.

OPPORTUNITY

Incentivize the in-store experience. 

Invite play into a retail store experience that is not only entertaining, but also incentivizes customers to purchase more and return to the store. 

SOLUTION

Trivia Booth.

Test shoppers’ knowledge of music with an in-store trivia booth. Solve audio, visual, or traditional trivia related questioned centered around music to receive rewards.
